The Beautiful Pearls Equipping Academies are 7 equipping academies God has laid in the heart of Rev. Peter Kamau for the preparation of the Lord’s end-time influential army.


The mentorship academy is a course outline of 21 modules that are meant to get you out of the shell. If you ever think about the legacy of our fathers in the faith, then you must think about being available and submited for mentorship. Ministries, giftings, talents, endowments, and mantles are meant to be passed on from one generation to the next not to be paraded. The big gap in the transfer of anointing is the availability of protégés who are ready to carry forward the Lord's name in the fathers’, beliefs, convictions, ministries, values, and ethics. We must think in the direction of being mentored if tomorrow in ministry will be greater than today. Fathers owe the next generation deep counsel, wisdom, knowledge, and contextualized instructions but this won’t be passed on without trained next generation of workers.

The coworker's academy is a collection of 21 modules that are focused on making everyone serving under a man/woman of God to raise the needed levels of excellence, capacity, complementation, accountability, honor, boundaries and focus as Aaron’s and Hur’s of the day. When the Amalekites came to fight Israel at Rephidim, a phenomenon that is key in every associate-hood was witnessed; Every time the senior leader’s hands were up, Israel prevailed and when they were down, the enemy prevailed and so Aaron and Hur supported his hands up till the going down of the sun and victory was sure. It is not enough to appoint leaders, training on effective co-working is key for the vision and mission as seen in God to be a reality and for the associates to be empowered to hold the hands of the leader till the going ‘down of the sun.’

These are 23 modules that are meant to help the mission-minded teams with a bold, brave, non-denominational and non-profit making contextualized curriculum that will help produce Disciples of all Nations in a relevant way. The modules further Equip, train and help saints and Leaders to get back to Jesus’ model of Evangelism and Missions as seen in the Gospels. With this equipping, a connection between theory and practice for Africa to become a leading missionary sender to the Nations is well emphasized. To produce laborers that are ready to serve God in this generation where He leads by bridging the gap between praying and going, hearing and doing on this day of the Lord, churches and ministries must actualize the Great Commission by plunging into the high premium placed on training by the Lord of the Harvest. Also demonstrating Christ’s resurrection power as you preach through the Holy Spirit is highly emphasized.

These are 45 modules that are focused on raising an end-time prayer army that will proclaim in prayer and intercession the will of God here on earth as it is Heaven. Prayer is both a privilege and an opportunity to partner with God in shaping the destinies of individuals, families, churches and Nations. For prayer to be effective, the praying teams must be available for equipping in the Lord on matters of effectiveness. Sadly, statistics show most intercessors retire from this noble call after 10 years due to matters related to fatigue, burnout, working for God mentality, loneliness, poor health, deferred hope,unbalanced ‘mountain’ concept and discouragements. These lessons are well cut to help you start well, continue well and finish well in the ministry of prayer and intercession.

The reality is, a lot of damage has been brought forth by untrained prophetic ministers and prophets who have grown in the wilderness on their own. Training of prophetic ministers will sharpen and balance your role as a prophetic person of inquiring from God, becoming God’s mouthpiece and preparing the bride of Christ. These are a total of 27 lessons in conjunction with Dr. Benjamin Mwima of THE APOSTOLIC EQUIPPING CENTRE Uganda.

These are 7 lessons geared towards helping business corporates to achieve their strategic plan by drawing into God’s divine help. The management plus their employees gather in their agreed day and me to receive a divine compliment in their goals and projections. The heads of corporates together with their foot soldiers are made aware that the horses are prepared for battle (the strategic plans) but victory comes from the Lord. Everybody can do SMART planning but without calling on God for intervention as the Word teaches, then it will be equal to leaning on one’s understanding.

Pst. Florence Kamau as a licensed Human Resource Practitioner, has identified gaps in her practice that make fresh graduates not achieve the best in the market place from CV writing, Resume, cover letters, job application, interviews, entry into the job market and attitudinal matters in the market place as well as meeting the set targets. The target is fresh graduates and the course takes 3 days, the week after university/ college graduations.
